Synopsis
In AD 980 a banished Viking fleet discovers fertile Vinland and something far stranger waiting there. Centuries later, Sam Reilly investigates the deaths of archaeologists at Chichén Itzá and uncovers a deadly link between Norse legend, Maya ruins, and the true origins of Valhalla.
