Synopsis
A Russian cargo vessel sinks in the shallow Bering Strait and somehow vanishes. A cowboy in the American desert follows a river of sand into an undiscovered ruin, while a massive tunnel boring machine drilling between Alaska and Siberia disappears into an abyss. Sam Reilly's search and rescue mission reveals that all three mysteries are part of the same terrifying problem.
