Synopsis
Back in Fort Myers, Jesse joins friends on a kayaking trip that turns into a rescue for a sick baby manatee. As red tide devastates the coast, he uncovers a man-made scheme in the Ten Thousand Islands that is far deadlier than any natural bloom.
