Synopsis
Philadelphia detective Jocelyn Rush stops a carjacking that almost claims her young daughter, then discovers an old acquaintance has been savagely mutilated in the same hospital. As attacks on vulnerable women escalate, Jocelyn must expose a sadistic predator and confront secrets from her own past.
