Synopsis
An attempted murder exposes links to a series of unsolved sexual assaults that haunt Whitney Walker's patch. When she and Georgina Cavendish realise every victim was born on 29 February, including one of Whitney's own officers, they know the next attack will strike terrifyingly close to home.
